 PAYMENT / REFUNDS

To Book we require a $25 deposit for all regular appointment slots. To Book any styles with Human Hair extensions included the deposit is 50% of the service. 
Please be aware all deposits are non refundable.

NON REFUNDABLE AND NONTRANSFERABLE.

Deposits can only be sent via Zelle,
Cashapp or a selfpay link for Debit/Credit.
We also require that you send a picture of your real hair out and a picture of the style you want. This is required so that we can pair you with the correct stylist and book you for the correct time slot.

GUEST POLICY

There are no additional people allowed unless being serviced. This policy includes children. Parents are not able to wait inside the salon with them.

COVID-19

MASKS are optional for all guests throughout the duration of your service. Please come alone as we try to limit the number of people in the salon. This includes children. There’s no waiting area for parents. There’s no eating or drinking in the salon.

If you’re experiencing any Covid-19 related symptom please make us aware! Your upcoming appointment will be rescheduled.

It is a PRIORITY to keep our Staff and Clients SAFE at all times! If you’re showing any cold symptoms during your appointment, your service will be stopped and a new deposit will be needed to reschedule.
